About VPNRS

Service Overview and Cross-Border Access

VPNRS offers cross-border network acceleration plans for people who need access to international websites, AI tools, and streaming services. Route Shell describes how devices connect to international routes through a subscription configuration: your account manages the subscription, the client handles the connection, and the routes carry cross-border traffic.

Service coverage includes 100+ countries and 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux and unlimited simultaneous device connections. Choose routes for each device based on how you use it. Traffic allowances and billing terms are listed with each plan.

Routes and Troubleshooting

Choosing a Route

Start with the region requirements of the service you want to access, then consider your local network and actual results. A shorter distance does not necessarily mean a better connection. Route previews show coverage; the subscription details in your account panel provide the current configuration.

If something goes wrong, check your subscription status, client configuration, and the target service’s response separately, then try another route. When contacting support, include your platform, when the issue occurred, and any error message. Submit these details through a support ticket; do not include your password or full subscription link.

Data and Accounts

Privacy

VPNRS follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Data handling follows the principle of data minimization and is limited to what is needed for accounts, billing, and service delivery. Encryption does not mean that the websites you visit cannot identify you.

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Your subscription link is an access credential; keep it safe and do not include it in public screenshots or shared documents. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
